The other day I was cleaning out the tons of “stuff” that one collects during a lifetime. Old costume jewelry, clothes that haven’t fit me in years, books that act as end and coffee tables throughout my home. And suddenly, like a sucker punch to my gut, I realized that all these things that were to one day be “someday” — when I lost 10 pounds, when I worked on clay-born crafts, when I finished the book that languished on countless hard drives for years.

You may have your own “somedays.” Do them. Don’t feel the sad, empty feeling that shadows me as I harken, undone, into the world of endless “somedays”.
